Enhances OEM Cluster Capabilities

The CNG/H₂ module is a software upgrade to any Fleet Witness unit. It unlocks capabilities that no standard telematics system and no OEM instrument cluster can match.

Temperature-Compensated Fuel Level

Uses the ideal gas law to calculate true fuel level from both pressure and temperature. Pressure-only gauges read 15–20% off in extreme weather. Fleet Witness reads within 2%.

Dual Pressure Monitoring

Regulator health at a glance. Tracks both tank side high-pressure and engine-side low-pressure to alert of potential regulator anomalies and failures.

OEM & Packager FSCM Integration

Bidirectional communication with Fuel System Control Modules. See FSCM fault codes on-screen, monitor fuel over-temperature, detect leaks between key cycles, and control Eco Mode from the gauge.

Cylinder Inspection Tracking

Tracks up to 8 CNG cylinders per FMVSS 304 and NGV2-2018 requirements. Alert states: OK → Due Soon → Overdue → Expired. Never miss a compliance deadline.

Leak Detection Between Key Cycles

Monitors pressure decay when the vehicle is off. Catches slow leaks that would never trigger a check-engine light — before they become a safety event or compliance violation.

Hydrogen Ready — Same Platform

As your fleet transitions from CNG to hydrogen, Fleet Witness transitions with it. The software is equipped to monitor gaseous fuel pressure sensors up to 350 bar (10,000 psi) with corresponding ideal gas law compensation algorithms for either fuel.
